What 3MFtoSTL Stores

3MFtoSTL converts model files inside your browser. The selected source model and generated download are not stored in cookies, local storage or an online account. Closing or reloading the tab clears the in-memory conversion session.

The site may store a small preference cookie when you choose a language. This lets the next page open in the same language. The theme control may also use browser storage to remember light or dark mode. These preferences do not contain model geometry.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic, such as visited pages, device categories and general navigation patterns. Analytics helps us decide which converters and format guides need improvement. It does not receive the 3D file selected in the converter.

Google may set or read analytics cookies under its own privacy terms. You can block analytics with browser privacy controls, a content blocker or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking analytics does not stop local file conversion.

Managing Browser Data

Your browser settings can show, block or delete cookies and site storage. You can also use a private browsing window. Clearing the language or theme preference only resets that setting; it does not affect a model stored elsewhere on your device.
